When my clients are stressed or just need a 'time out' to reflect, redirect or reaffirm their intentions, this is my 'go to'! I recommend using 1 cup of sea salts, 1 cup of epsom salts, 10-12 drops of 2-3 essential oils and flowers in colors that are uplifting and/or soothing. Adding a cup of full fat organic milk does wonders for the skin, too! What is important is to set an intention and bring that awareness to your bathing experience. Add candles and music to enhance the experience. I like to listen to these Tibetan singing bowls. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-ar9vsmFhJU
